The union of Radha and Krishna cannot be broken into two (Krishna is the eighth incarnation (Avatar) of Vishnu, and his devotee is Radha). Such was the devotion of Radha towards the supreme soul of Krishna that she became part of that supreme soul with her good Karma. She is Krishna's supreme beloved. With Krishna, Radha is acknowledged as the Supreme Goddess, for it is said that she controls Krishna with Her love. It is believed that Krishna enchants the world, but Radha enchants Him.
The background pattern is enhanced by oxidizing the silver, and the gold effect is 18kt yellow plating over sterling silver. These two sterling silver yin yang halves hang together on a pair of solid sterling silver curb chains.
To separate them, undo both chains and slide the two halves off. Slide one chain through each half to wear. To rejoin, slide both chains through both halves and redo clasps. Together, they measure 1 inch in length and width, are 1/4 inch thick, and weigh 52.0 grams including both chains. Chains are available either white gold plated or blackened : 20", 22" or 24" in length.This necklace set is perfect for brides and grooms!
