Do you recycle your metal or use recycled material?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee against any manufacturing defect and a 100% credit if you wish to exchange any necklace. We will also repair any broken piece we make at no cost to you. How do I clean my jewelry?
For all blackened or oxidized pieces of jewelry, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth, a soft toothbrush, and warm soapy water. For all other pieces, a silver dip cleaner is perfect and is available at most stores.
Can I have a different length or color of chain?
All our necklaces for men come with chains that are 22 inches long. For women, the chains are 18 or 20 inches in length. These can be changed at no additional cost. Black or silver chains are available for all styles and are interchangeable.
Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addtion, when you send a payment using PayPal, we do not receive any financial information, such as your card number or financial institution.
When is my card charged?

Who do you ship with, and to where?
We ship all over the world with Fedex. We use Fedex Ground for North America and International Priority Overnight for all other destinations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All pieces are shipped within three weeks from the order date.
